Frequently Asked Questions

1)  I see a painting/print/item I want.  How can I purchase it?
Simply email me at:  marie@dandelionart.com and tell me which one you'd like to purchase.  I will then send you an invoice to pay for your item.

2)  What type of payments do you accept?
I use PayPal, so any major credit cards are accepted.  Unfortunately, I do not accept e-checks at this time.   I also accept money orders.  Please email me for the address to send it to.

3)  I would like to commission you to do a painting for me.  What do I do?
Please email me with your request along with any relevant pictures, for example, of your child's favorite toy you'd like for me to paint, or of the colors/patterns of your child's bedding if you'd like for me to match colors/patterns.  I will do my best to match colors based on what you provide me.  I require a non-refundable deposit of $50 before I start work on your painting.   After I've gathered all info from you, I will do a quick sketch of your painting and email the sketches to you for approval.  We will continue to communicate via email until you are happy with your painting.  Finally, I will email you the finished painting for you to see before I mail it to you.  The full balance is due after your approval of the finished painting.

4)  I would like a pair of wall pegs, letters on canvas, a painting, and a time out chair.   Can I have them all color coordinate with my child's room decor?
Absolutely!  Simply email me with photos of your child's bedding or you can even send me a link to an online store that carry your child's bedding!  Just let me know how you want each to look and I can do it!  

5)  When will my order be ready?
Please allow 4-6 weeks, depending on how many orders I get, for the completion and delivery of your order.  If I do manage to finish your order before 4 weeks, I will notify you right away.

6)  What is your refund policy?
I cannot issue refunds for personalized paintings and items.  Other items I will issue a refund only if they were damaged in transit.  You are responsible for shipping costs when you return an item.

7)  How can I find out about shipping costs?
Shipping costs are additional.   I can email you the shipping costs prior to sending your invoice.
